Back in 2010, my wife and I decided to turn our dream of owning a property in Italy into reality. However, what started as an exciting journey quickly turned into a challenging experience.

Our Tuscan dream almost fell apart when we realized just how complex the property purchase process in Italy could be. Having lived in Sweden and Norway for nearly 40 years at that point, I had grown accustomed to the Scandinavian way of doing things and found myself unprepared for the intricacies of the Latin system.

Determined to overcome these obstacles, I turned to my network of business contacts for guidance and support throughout the process. Thanks to their assistance, we were able to finally purchase our dream vacation home.
